Tammy, We use Access e-Forms (www.accesseforms.com) for our forms solution.
Creating forms with the design tool is very easy. When you purchase the software you can create as many forms, for any module or any project you desire. (We even used it to create templates for our keyboard). The customer service has been excellent since day one (2 years ago). We are Magic 5.5 sr1.
