We are magic 5.5 SR2, is there anyone out there using the Roche MPA to receive and sort specimens? If so, do you use site batches to send sorted specimens to other testing sites, ie reference labs? We would like to use this system as marketed, but were told by Meditech that all tests that the MPA sorted would have to be listed in the analyzer batch dictionary as well as listed with the performing site where the MPA was located in order for the sorting to work with the interface. If we unreceive the specimens we can not put them in a site batch to go to another performing site without a custom. Would really appreciate any and all responses of how you worked this out.
