Hello, We have $T RAD and have had some issues with RAD reports rejecting on the OV PACS side. After the problem was corrected on the Meditech side, the reports need to be resent to PACS. In order to resend the reports, we are having one of our RAD support staff edit the arrival date and time in the Amend signed report menu option in order to create a new message in NMI that will get sent to PACS. The problem with this is now there is a RAD support staff name as having amended the report. There is no way in NMI to resend a message, so editting the report is the only solution. Has anyone else run into a similar issue. Please let me know your solution. Thanks!
