We use a different MAR format for downtime archiving (This is in Long Term
Care - CS). But the concept would work in magic

The Downtime MAR format shows the last time scheduled meds were given and
the last 3 doses of PRNs

We use a scripting tool to run report which downloads it using Mprint. The
scripting tool also distributes across the network and also deletes old
copies.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] MAR reports for downtime

We have implemented the eMAR on 2 pilot units. What do you print to give
the nurses a MAR for scheduled downtimes? The Administration report is
great for seeing when the last doses were given but doesn't give you the
next time meds are do. The MAR printout gives you the next 24 hour schedule
of meds.
Any help would greatly be appreciated
Valerie
