We’re seeking feedback on:
- Report Writing - do any of you
use any products which provide real time connectivity to Meditech’s
databases from other applications such as Excel, Access, Crystal, etc. as a means of enhanced NPR
report writing and/or offering end users capability of developing some of
their own reports?
- Field level controls (standard
and custom fields) – Do any of you use any products which offer the
capability of
- querying or viewing any
Meditech data real-time from any application
- enhancing communication
between users via automatic emails and alerts
- displaying information to
users based on rules (ie. Ability to apply rules to any field in order to
check user input for accuracy and/or query other Meditech applications
for patient information

- Scripting tools –
- Data archiving or creating your
own data warehousing systems
