I have 2
cosign issues for the eMAR. What solutions are being used for
cosigning meds only for pediatric patients? I also have an issue with
student RNs. Without changing the policy, we are required to have 2 RNs
sign for insulin. If the student is logged into the eMAR, they function as
the 1st nurse, a cosigner would be the second. The hospital wants a
2nd RN rather than the SN and instructor. Any ideas? (I just
assume change the policy)
