Hi everyone,
We are currently implementing Magic ITS (formerly Magic RAD) and have just noted that the only way to view exams for imaging in PCI is via the Orders Datasource. We are going to get some rather vocal feedback on this from our staff as they use the Radiology Datasource quite a lot. We have two facilities and had to prefix categories in ITS so if someone is looking in PCI for specific exams, they will have to look under FRAD and then go to LRAD which will not be anywhere near FRAD in the orders list.
Has anyone found a workaround for this? I realize the reports can be separated but some users need exam data (why cancelled, when scheduled, etc).
