I have tried using the Duplicate Order Hours within the Date and Time Restrictions in the Procedure Dictionary. Although a duplicate order alert appears and requires the user to enter a duplicate reason the user can still place the order. I'm not sure if using an order rule would be more useful. Any help would be much appreciated.
