We are presently duking it out with Meditech over an issue with lab
label routines showing "corruption" in the "printing on" message box
when lab staff is printing their collection labels. This all started
with our EDM software going LIVE on Tuesday, and our new EDM Custom
Label Format keywords (that's what the code above is). Meditech says
that it is because they are using Workstation 3.2x when they need to be
using NUI and basically Meditech says that's the fix. We refuse to
believe that there is no way to fix this issue without the drastic
measure (in our opinion) of forcing all lab staff to move to NUI.
