Hello there, Has anyone requested a custom from MT that assists either to restrict the lookup of Services that can be selected via the Adm Req routine, or that defaults a Service according to perhaps, the patient's location, or other parameter ?
Our issue is that we will be opening an additional small hospital as a location rather than a facility, and having had the experience of users not selecting a particular service correctly, we would prefer that only 2 services be offered, one that would route the Adm Req Message to one location and the other service would route it to the other location - (our CDS Screen capture the Floor Preference/bed Criteria information) We were hoping not to have the messages having to print at both hospitals, but we really would like to continue to use the Adm Req function, as our ED physicians are utilizing it 100% at decision to Admit. Any experience, or suggestions ?
