Brandon, I recently created a paint image and I starting using our sign-on graphic as a communication tool house-wide. When I went to implement and updating that regularly, I found the issue to where the sign-on graphic does not update on every PC. MEDITECH has found this to be an issue and what I did to resolve the issue is this.
I go into the universe, go in to the NPR database, and choose the change sign-on graphic under Misc. routines. After I have updated the graphic there, I then go into our LIVE ring and enter into the NPR database and perform the same process. After I have done this in the universe and our LIVE rings, then the image updates for all users. I hope this helps and if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. Thanks, Clay H. I have tried changing the Display Signon Graphic? Prompt to yes in Universe but still have no luck in the graphic displaying for all users. It works fine on my PC. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas that I may have missed?
