The "ALL VISIT" version can be created as follows:

MRI.PAT detail segment main (C/S) or mri.patient.file (magic)

No index

Select on:

last.activity.date LE
LAST ACTIVITY ON OR PRIOR TO:

Sort on unit.number.tdo

That will go to your MIS parameters and create the terminal digit number
unit number according to the way you do things. This assumes you have
your MIS TDO param defined.

Not sure what you mean by "select patient types", if a patient has a
most recent SDC visit on 1/1/2001 but a ER visit yesterday, and they run
for "SDC" patient types, what would you like the report to do?

PS: If you include your platform in your request for help (i.e. Magic
or C/S) you make life easier for us because we don't have to give you
two answers.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Date of Last Account Edit

Hi

I realize everyone is really busy but no one has replied to my query:

I have been asked to produce a report to assist Health Records with
their microfilming schedule. They want to know all patients who haven't
had ANY activity since December 31, 2002. This includes all patients
types i.e. inpatient, ER , surgical day care etc.

Note that I would also like to produce prompts to allow them to select
ALL patient types or ones of their choosing. It would also be nice if I
could set the activity date to a parameter so that it wouldn't be hard
coded to December 31, 2002.

Finally I would like to have this report sort in terminal digit order
using last 2 digits and then 4 digits.

I would really appreciate some assistance - thanks.

Shelley
