We are currently using the stock Meditech 8 1/2 by 11 plain paper statements with the now defunct ELF cartridge. They are hard to read for our patients and we get many complaints. We have to go with the Guarantor system as our Outpatient department is used as a physician office. Is there something else out there we could be using to make a more professional and readable statement?
