We are looking for a Meditech Financial Systems Analyst at Yampa Valley Medical Center in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Meditech Financial Systems Analyst: Responsibilities (Brief Summary): * Provide technical support for all Meditech modules within the scope of financial services. * Provide technical support for all non-MEDITECH modules within the scope of financial services including but not limited to Kronos, Pyxis, QuadraMed, SSI, MediFax, and MedQuest. * Maintain appropriate security access by users to all financial service software applications. * Serve in coordinator role for all MEDITECH system upgrades and enhancements to financial service modules. * Coordinate all user requests custom programming to financial services modules, which are outside the scope of normal releases by Meditech. * Provide user support for MEDITECH NPR report writing system for financial service departments. Requirements: * 3-5 years of user training on hospital information systems software. * Prior MEDITECH experience required. * Broad knowledge of applications and integration in medical field. * Extensive knowledge of the medical field. * BA/BS degree in technology related field preferred. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work with and train staff and on an individual basis or in group settings. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and influence decisions.
