Hi Pat,I have used UNISON for a couple of small projects so far, and it makes light work of dictionary updates. Our B/AR Procedure dictionary for behavioral health has several variable sections that can't be easily scripted through conventional methods, so I was anxious to try UNISON to tackle it. I had some technical issues at first, and the responsiveness from the support staff was incredible! Due to the challenges presented in the dictionary, the product was further enhanced to better meet these needs, and several other enhancements will be available soon. What amazes me is how simple it was to build and how easy it looked once it was built. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have loads of time to devote to writing scripts to do the same job * it's so much quicker!
