Suzannah, we pull in Scheduling Notes in all of our SCH appointment lists. Here's one example. Note that it calls a fragment (also attached) that gets the first line of the notes from ADM.PAT.adm.pat.schedule.notes. I'm sure you can modify it to pull in more lines if desired. Good luck!
