We purchase the codes from 3M (who purchased InfoX) and upload them into Meditech. We get a new set of codes monthly. They email a link to an FTP site and I download the change (add/delete) reports and the (zipped, password-protected) update files; our charge master coordinator reviews the changes and then lets me know its okay to upload them into Meditech.
