Marjorie,
ISBT 128 just uses Code 128, a very common code which your readers
should be able to read if properly programmed.  Here's a couple of
links: one to some ISBT info and another to an online copy of the WA
3800 manual which you can download and use to try to reprogram your
scanners.

Is anyone using scanners for BMV that are also ISBT 128 compatible?
We are currently using the Welsh Allyn 3800's, but they can't read
ISBT 128 bar codes, and we are trying to position for the
upcoming blood bank changes from Codabar to ISBT 128.  If anyone
has any recommendations on a good scanner which would work well
for both applications, I would appreciate it.
