We enter them as 2 separate orders. Too easy to have errors otherwise.

If a medication has a morning dose that is different than an evening dose,
do you need to enter this as two separate orders to make it clear on the
eMAR or is there some other functionality in Magic PHA that can help
clarify this to the nurse upon administration.  We've been 0-dosing these
RX's with clarifying dose instructions but we are experiencing med errors
when the nurse doesn't pay attention to the dose instructions on
