Vicki: You could PRE ER dummy patients, and place this dummy patient in the room, the PRE ER accounts do not affect statisitics as long as they stay at the PRE ER status.
You could have AMBULANCE RM 1,AMBULANCE RM 2, RESERVE RM3, etc....At the end of the month or whenever you needed to, you could cancel these dummy regs. Or you could use the dummy pre er account and link it to the real patient once they arrive.
