Hi Stephanie- I have seen something like this, but it was definitely connected to a transfer. The "transfer parameter" was set in the PHA CDP's as intended, and after some digging around the MT Specialist did find a DTS that seemed to work (at least we hadn't noticed another issue). Occasionally, when we run the refill list, drugs appear that are dispensed from Pyxis. These drugs are set to 'Dispense from Stock = Y' and the Med Stations are defined correctly in the Drug dictionary. The refill list will print correctly for the same patient with the same meds for multiple days and then it will sporadically start showing a med that shouldn't be there. This issue sometimes corresponds to a transfer from one unit to another, but not always. Has anyone else had issues with this? Meditech has not been able to assist with resolving this for us.
