The CAP checklist now has a list of patient safety goals. These goals include: 1. Patient/Specimen I.D. - % labeled incorrectly, not labeled 2. Critical Value reporting - % documented that results were called 3. Corrected reports - LAB, MIC, BBK - % edited 4. Corrected reports - PTH - % edited 5.
