If you figure out how to do this in C/S please post and let me know? I
have not been able to find a way to do this in C/S.

Are you MAGIC or C/S?

For me (MAGIC) it is on my #90 Other menus option, then #40 Restricted
Menu
It used to be on ADM Menus as well,

        Move Patient Documentation

30. Move Patient Documentation
40. Print Move Documentation Audit Trail

30. NUR.PC.WORK.move.documentation

40. NUR.PC.WORK.print.move.doc.audit.trail

See attached filed for the menus.

Good Luck,

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the response.
I don't see that menu. I used the main.menu in PCS in Meditech. Then I
went
into PCS interface but I still didn't locate NUR Restrictee menu. If I
do F9
lookup on all the menus, I don't see one called Restrictee. Can you tell
me
where else I can locate the menu or routine? Thanks

Al long as they have the same ubnit number, you can move the
documentation
for one account to the other and then cancel the old/incorrect account.

This is on the NUR Restrictee menu.

          Move Patient Documentation

           Move Patient Documentation

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Moving PCS Documentation To Another Visit

Hello All,
We're wondering what other hospitals do when a patient has 2 visits and
you
have to cancel one but both already have PCS documentation. Is there an
easy way or method to accomplish this besides manually re-documenting on
the
active visit? All suggestions welcomed.

Thanks,
Michele Clark
