Happy New Year everyone.
We recently went live with Meditech ITS (C/S 5.5), and it appears that ITS Procedures whose "bill on" status is "Resulted" are generating extra billing transactions. For example, an EKG procedure has both the hospital charge and professional charge fields populated in the ITS Procedure dictionary. An EKG is ordered on Monday, ITS sends a charge transaction to B/AR Monday night for the hospital charge. The report is finalized by the doc on Wednesday, and the hospital charge is resent Wednesday night along with the profee. Has anybody else seen this? Was there a setup problem?
