Would anyone be willing to share their process of managing accounts that
were placed in the PRE status and now need to be cancelled? I am
interested in how long you allow an account to remain in the PRE status,
who works these accounts (which department), and what type of reports
you use. Any information you are willing to share would be very helpful.
