We use an ADM report which is ran weekly, for the period of our Purge Parameters.... so if ADM Purges at 60 days, we run the report for T+45 thru T+60. The report restricts to PRE accounts, and also pulls in the B/AR Charge Total, so the person working the report can immediately see if the patient presented for services without stopping by registration.
