We use an ADM report which is ran weekly, for the period of our Purge 
Parameters....  so if ADM Purges at 60 days, we run the report for T+45 thru 
T+60.  The report restricts to PRE accounts, and also pulls in the B/AR Charge 
Total, so the person working the report can immediately see if the patient 
presented for services without stopping by registration.

Would anyone be willing to share their process of managing accounts that were 
placed in the PRE status and now need to be cancelled? I am interested in how 
long you allow an account to remain in the PRE status, who works these accounts 
(which department), and what type of reports you use. Any information you are
