We are Magic 5.4 and use the OE diet functions for ordering meals and meal labels. The dietians use a custom NPR to track patients.

Our Dietary department is currently all manual and wants to move toward an electronic solution. I would like feedback on what other Meditech facilities are using and how well this is going for you, any problems, issues, that sort of thing. The only solution I have found is with Picis, which I believe was the old MSM Med Dietary product. Are there any other products out there that integrate with Meditech? Is anyone using hand held technology at the bedside to collect dietary data? Any info is greatly appreciated.
