Maria:

We have used Teleminder for years both as an appointment reminder
for patients and as a tool to call nurses to fill in shifts. It
does have the capacity for the person receiving the call to make
some menu driven responses to the message.

As my child sometimes has clinic appointments at our hospital,
I receive those calls myself. So I am sure our system is actually
working well.

Can anyone recommend a vendor who provides an Automated
Phone Messaging system for patients to either be called <OR>
to "call in" to receive their "time to report" for surgery?
