Hello I am looking for any contacts from CS sites out there who have upgraded to 5.5, are using POM for ordering and are taking advantage of the lifetime result viewing capability in 5.5. Our physicians would love this functionality, but almost all of our orders are placed through POM and we are wondering about the impact this will have on nursing and unit cooridinators in terms of making sure that the correct account is being chosen. How did you handle the training on this piece? Thank you for any input you may be able to provide!
