Does anybody use automatic dialers for self pay collections? Does anybody do more than statements and/or letters to collect self pay or is everybody else outsourcing it?
If there are any vendors that have dialer systems, they are welcome to reply. Just realize that I'm in the beginning stages of investigating this and don't have a budget plan yet. Thanks!
