We were beta for 5.5 magic. Depending on the size of your facility and dept, is how it may be. We are a small dept and it was a lot of work for us with not great results. We did not get anything from meditech either financially or allowed input. We tested like crazy in test and it seemed to all work but the day we went live was a disaster. We could not get bills out for a week, many major problems in many modules that stopped workflow, ...I could go on and on. Personally I would not do it again and most of us did not want to do it the first time but it was not my decision at the time. Good luck
