Our Pharmacy Director wants a report from PHA that will list all
patients that lack a weight, and/or a height, and/or an allergy (I suppose
that if the patient has no allergies, it will indicate that, so documenting not
having an allergy will be as good has having an allergy for these purposes) .
He has used such a report in the past. If you have something like this, I'd
be grateful if you could
