Rip, here's what we use (MAGIC 5.5).  I have it SCHED to print weveral times 
daily to the respective nursing units.   You may have to change query names to 
match what your facility uses.

        Our Pharmacy Director wants a report from PHA that will list all 
patients that lack a weight, and/or a height, and/or an allergy  (I suppose 
that if the patient has no allergies, it will indicate that, so documenting not 
having an allergy will be as good has having an allergy for these purposes) .
 He has used such a report in the past.   If you have something like this, I'd 
be grateful if you could
send it on . . .
