We are currently working on improving our patient education regarding possible side effects of new medications. Is there any way that a person could use the med reconciliation process to somehow flag orders that differ from those taken at home? If we could create a flag or a list for nursing, this would obviously help them with this process.
We already have the med reconciliation report up and going so this would have to be something that we could attach or fragment into this report, I'm sure. Any help at all would be great!
