Hi Chris, CWS has the ability to specify exact start and stop times in the appt dict AND it has the ability to give a warning or rejection based on the answer to any query. However if I understand what you want is to combine the two; If the answer to the query is such and such limit the appt times to blah, blah... I've been hoping for that sort of capability from CWS for some time. Unless things have improved in the world of CWS rules things don't work the best. The last time I played with a rule the best I could do was generate some kind of warning, popup message when trying to file the appt. I don't believe you can control how or when an appt is scheduled from a rule. We are Magic 5.4.
