Anyone using Community Wide Scheduling for a Physical Therapy department? I am trying to implement and cannot find an efficient way to negotiate screens quickly to search for the therapist who can see the patient for the first week every day, then 3x per week, then 2x per week. It would appear that the series routine would have to be used 3 times to accomplish this. Also, when processing pending appointments how do you quickly view the therapist who has the next 8 weeks open? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
