For those of you placing orders at the time of scheduling, does the prompt to 
print the ABN from MT occur while you are placing orders in SCH?  What is your 
process of the getting the ABN signed?

We have MT C/S and the medical necessity checking is down at the time that the 
appointment is placed and the order that is attached to that appointment is 
completed with the reason for visits.

The medical necessity is set up on the BAR side for certain procedures.
