Currently, we use MS PPTP for the tunnel and MT's EMR for RAS.  We have been 
experimenting with some RAS boxes since December.  We've looked at Netilla from 
AEP, Aventail from Aventail and are planning to test Juniper. We are also 
currently testing a product called ROAM from the AnyWare Group out of Canada.  
Of these, we are very pleased with ROAM and liked the Aventail product also.
The ROAM product is more of a service in that setup and maintenance is done by 
the Anyware Group based on a yearly cost per user.

i am curious what most of the hospitals are using for remote meditech from user 
and doctor office
we are using vpn clients...and thinking of putting vpn boxes out there....
 
another thought is to put a citrix box out there to and let them hit it...
any ideas??
