We did the switch late last summer. Had very few issues. Went well and are very happy with the switch. The only "issue" was the difference in route dictionary mnemonics such as, Medispan inhalation = "IN" and FirstDataBank inhalation = "IH". Our main reason for wanting to switch was so we could also move to the new MIS Allergen dictionary use for all the modules.
