I use MONARCH PRO for this kind of thing. I download the standard
Specimen Log report from Meditech Lab and then slice & dice to extract
the data elements needed. Once extracted I can do anything I want with
the data. Set up as a Monarch 'project' it is nearly automated.

Does anyone have a report that looks at number of LAB, BBK
specimens collected by hour? Any thing similar to give us a jump start
would be appreciated. We are MAGIC 5.5.

The output would look something like this:

        Person A for date range xx/xx/xx - xx/xx/xx

Collection time # patients # specimens

        05:00 - 05:59

        0:600 - 06:59

        ...

        20:00 - 20:59

        Grand Totals:

        Person B for date range xx/xx/xx - xx/xx/xx

Collection time # patients # specimens

        05:00 - 05:59

        0:600 - 06:59

        ...

        20:00 - 20:59

        Grand Totals:
