We also feel the MS Project is cumbersome and the collaboration features
are lacking. The reporting features are not friendly for the end user.
Is anyone using both MS Project and another software for managing their
projects?
Responses I received indicated the following software
Project Kick Start (in my research, they have different
pricing for non-profit organizations too)
MS project
Health Commander (I don't know where to find information on
this one)
Array's Task+
Quickbase
I also looked at eProjects but their costs were way out of our ball
park.
I will forward any other information that I receive.

create our own home grown tracking software, but we are now looking at
