Iatric has a product called POI (Physician Office Integration) that runs hl7 results for rad and lab from Meditech to OV software. You may want to check that out. I use it to result to some non par docs to there homegrown systems and it work well.
P.S. LSS is getting Better, I am installing my eight practice.
