Here is the configuration we are using. Keep in mind this is with the LSS Physician Management. I would not imagine that will make a big difference. It's a little off, but very close. All X's are in the boxes. Orientation: PORTRAIT Paper Size: LETTER CPI: 10 Left Margin: 0.30 inches LPI: 5.98 Top Margin: 0.1 inches Text Len: 64 lines Num Copies: 1
