Does anyone have an EDM departure form that uses a cds screen? For example, we have a work release cds that I would like to attach to a departure form that is documented and printed using the departure form routine, but I can't find anyone that has a report that I can attach the cds screen to that will work in the EDM forms dictionary. I don't want to use the cds as an assessment. I want to be able to document it as a stand alone departure form and print it from the departure form routine.
