How are other labs handeling a patient who has a clinical account and a recurring account on the same day? Do you add all of the tests to the recurring account and send copies to the 2nd physician; or are you creating to accounts for the same day? If you create 2 accounts for the same day, how do you result and tests that are ordered on both req's?
