We were the first to go live with the 552 Top Off. We had LSS at our facilities for the top off but actually had very little problem with the top off. We use PWM, EAR, RXM/AOM & MPM. We are currently live with orders, prescriptions, and messaging (among other functionality).
The main issue we had was the fact that we had no documentation at the time of implementation on what we were getting with the top off and what the top off was going to be fixing. There was minimal impact on any of the LSS modules for us and we found the whole thing fairly painless. Most of our issues were more recently fixed (results going to the providers signing list multiple times & tasks that continually get "stuck" on the workload were our main issues pre & post top off code). The functionality where we saw some of the biggest benefits with the top off code were within functionality that we didn't even use currently (EAR result entry and disease management).
