Is your lease expiring or do you have surplus equipment to sell?
We are looking for companies that will have an expiring lease for computer or 
printer equipment. CMI will deal directly with your leasing company and in most 
cases send them a check and handle pick up, packaging and disposal of scrap 
items. Here are some commonly asked questions:

What is the first Step?
Just fax or Email a copy of the equipment list along with the lease buy out 
amount. If you own the equipment and are just upgrading to newer equipment, 
just send a detailed list of what you are selling.

What is the benefit of dealing with CMI?
We make it easy. CMI handles everything from paying your leasing company to 
picking up the equipment. Most leases have large penalties for equipment that 
is almost always missing, such as disks or cables. Your company can avoid such 
penalties by CMI dealing direct with the leasing company. When CMI handles the 
packing and shipping of your equipment, you will enjoy three major benefits: 
1) You will no longer be liable to make sure all equipment gets back to the 
leasing company

2) You will save on the human resources it would have taken to pack the 
equipment properly

3) You will not have to pay the freight to get the equipment back to the 
leasing company

My buy out amount is more then the equipment is worth?

Your leasing company will never negotiate a deal with you, however they will 
have to sell the equipment for fair market value to a company like CMI. Most of 
the time your leasing company will look favorably on not having to bring the 
equipment to their site.
