Are there any facilities that have a Primary Care Clinic that would mind
sending a copy of their charge form? We are opening a clinic in the
next two months and would like to have a standard form for charges. We
are using FormFast in house and was hoping it could be something that we
could incorporate into the software instead of having to purchase
pre-printed forms. Thanks in advance,
