Hi there, We also have been researching Registration QA and Auditing Solutions and have also looked into ACCU-REG and liked what we saw and are considering them for a solution. Accu-Reg was developed by Business Services Manager and an Admissions Director so they are very in tuned with what the issues are. We especially liked their focus on support and customizations. They promise 24 hour turnaround on nearly any edit check you may want to check for/catch and said they wouldn't charge if down the line we decided there were other rules or checks we may come up with. They welcomed the challenge. We did speak with a few of their customers and they were pleased. They were very good about getting back to us and answering all of our questions. AIHQA was another good product you can check. I asked how do you pronounce that? They said A....I.....H.......QA :-) RISARC who does our MCR billing also has AETS(Admission Error Tracking System) EMDEON does inusrance eligibility, address verification, charity screening/payment advisors, payment scoring and predictions.
