Hello, I am interested in learning how other C/S sites are handling the generation of a hardcopy medical record when it is needed. Has anyone created a single menu/desktop providing the medical record staff with everything they need to print the chart? If so, would you be willing to share the menu or a screen print?
Has anyone created a script and a front end form (external to MEDITECH) that would allow a user to enter an account # or unit # and have that feed the script so all reports to complete the medical record would be generated?
