We have implemented Meditech's EDM Tracker and are moving forward with the
rest of the implementation. If you have implemented EDM, would you please
take a minute to answer a few questions - ballpark is ok!
1. How long did it take for your FULL EDM implementation?
2. If a phased approach was used, how long for each phase?
3. How long was your post-implementation phase?

4. Approx. how many hours did you require from the ED staff - From planning
through post implementation support?
5. Who was your ED champion?
6. Do you have an ED application support person WITHIN the ED? If so, do
you dedicate a portion of an FTE for it? 6. How many beds is your ED?
